1. Appointment Cancellation
- Patients must inform at least 24 hours in advance for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in full session charges.
2. Refund Policy
- Consultation and therapy session fees are non-refundable once the service is availed.
- If a session is prepaid but not utilized, refunds may be considered at management discretion after deducting applicable charges.
- No refunds will be issued for partially used packages.
3. Package Policy
- Packages must be used within the specified validity period.
- Unused sessions after expiry are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Packages cannot be shared with other individuals.
4. Exceptional Cases
Refunds (if any) may be considered only in genuine cases such as:
- Medical conditions preventing continuation (with valid proof)
- Relocation or unavoidable circumstances
All such requests are subject to approval by management.
5. Mode of Refund
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or bank transfer
6. Clinic Rights
Neuronova reserves the right to:
- Modify pricing and policies without prior notice
- Refuse refund requests that do not meet policy criteria
